Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free local delivery is available for all orders within the UK Mainland.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery with a valid reason, if the item is unused and is in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs incurred by us for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours at bepelstratfordlimited@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
